Biden wants more money to prepare for the “second pandemic” he promises is coming

President Joe Biden has suggested that the government would need more money to prepare for another “pandemic” during his remarks about vaccinating children against the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).

“We do need more money. But we don’t just need more money for vaccines for children, eventually. We need more money to plan for the second pandemic, there’s gonna be another pandemic,” he said during a White House press conference on Tuesday, June 21, in response to a question about how many children can be vaccinated before funding is needed for the shots.

The question follows the U.S. Food and Drug Administration‘s authorization of the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA-based COVID vaccines for children from six months to six years, despite these children being at “little to no risk” from the virus.

“I encourage every leader to ask yourself, what more can I do? How can we work more closely together to help more people? How can we save more lives?” Biden appealed during his pre-recorded remarks.

The U.S. has already surpassed one million COVID deaths, with Biden urging Americans not to grow numb from the situation and remain vigilant against the pandemic itself. He also ordered federal flags to be flown at half staff to mark the grim milestone.

“Now is the time for us to act, all of us together. We all must do more, we must honor those we have lost by doing everything we can to prevent as many deaths as possible,” he said, adding that the U.S. is now at a new stage in fighting the pandemic and is facing an evolving set of challenges.

All these talks are geared toward getting enough congressional support for more funding.

The White House has requested $22 billion from Congress in March as part of a wider spending bill, but the money was not granted due to opposition from Republicans and some Democrats. However, lawmakers appear to have reached a deal on $10 billion for COVID funding that no longer included a $5 billion overseas assistance to fight the virus.

Legislation has stalled the passing of the bill and Biden appealed to Congress to take urgent action to provide emergency COVID-19 funding to protect Americans and make sure that supplies for tests, treatments and vaccines are maintained, including next-generation vaccines that are being developed. Without additional funding, the White House said that it will have to cut programs to help countries administer vaccinations.

Gates, Fauci also want more money

Bill Gates, a top funder of the World Health Organization (WHO), warned the public of a pandemic back in 2015. He also called for funds to be set aside to help prepare for the next one.

In 2021, Gates said in an interview that it will take “tens of billions” in research and development funds to be ready for what he predicts will be another pandemic. He said that the U.S. and the U.K. will be part of that, but it will probably take a billion a year to fund a global pandemic task force that will conduct surveillance and pandemic practices called “germ games.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci, who previously signed off on a program that included gain-of-function research with coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology also called for billions in funding last year to create a “universal” vaccine that could protect people against a wide spectrum of viruses that could trigger another pandemic. Dr. Joseph Mercola, a natural health expert, noted that the WHO has planned for ten years of infectious diseases from 2020 to 2030 as revealed by virologist Marion Koopmans.

When asked about the chances of a second pandemic, Koopmans said that it has been the WHO’s 10-year plan for some time. The plan itself says that there will be a major infectious disease crisis, and COVID-19 was year one.

Mercola also pointed out that there were thousands of medical doctors and scientists who now believe that the pandemic was planned and used to install a world dictatorship, citing evidence such as a coronavirus outbreak simulation in October 2019.

“Event 201,” as it was called, highlighted the “totalitarian” measures that were taken worldwide under the pretext of health, such as the National COVID-19 Testing Action Plan that calls for the use of a digital “patient identification number” to track all Americans after testing them for COVID-19.

Never-ending COVID booster shots on the horizon because their effectiveness drops within months

Reports show that Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) booster shots lose their effectiveness rapidly, with protection starting to drop by the fourth month. This data, which was presented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) itself, follow the same pattern of effectiveness displayed by the primary COVID-19 shot series.

With data showing that the COVID-19 vaccines failed to end the pandemic, health officials pushed for the third or booster dose at least five months after the first set of shots. However, evidence shows that boosters become significantly less effective in just four months, which opens the possibility of getting ongoing shots in the future.

A recent study funded by the CDC involving data from ten states collected from August 26 to January 22 showed that within months of the second COVID-19 shot, protection against the disease went from 69 percent to 37 percent.

More COVID-19 shots on the horizon

The CDC data also confirmed statements made by Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel in January that the efficacy of the third shot is likely to decline over several months. Thus, another shot is necessary after.

“I will be surprised when we get that data in the coming weeks that it’s holding nicely over time – I would expect that it’s not going to hold great,” Bancel said.

Moderna is also working on an omicron-specific vaccine, which it hopes to release soon.

With the effectiveness of COVID-19 booster shots dropping to just 31 percent after five months, regulators are already opening the door for another dose of the vaccine.

“The finding that protection conferred by mRNA vaccines waned in the months after receipt of a third vaccine dose reinforces the importance of further consideration of additional doses to sustain or improve protection against COVID-19–associated ED/UC encounters and COVID-19 hospitalizations,” the CDC said.

Peter Marks, one of the top vaccine experts from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), said in a virtual session that there may be a need for people to get an additional booster in the fall – a fifth dose. He stated that an FDA advisory committee will discuss the matter, but if another booster is authorized, it could be tweaked to defend against a particular variant or a mixture of variants.

“It’s not actually clear yet what the optimal booster should be,” he said.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said in a press briefing that there may be a need for another boost for those who received the mRNA vaccines. (Related: FDA considering approval of FOURTH vaccine dose despite dangers.)

Moderna’s Bancel, meanwhile, said they are working with public health experts like Fauci’s team to come up with a shot for the fall season and annual boosters after, including combination shots that could put a flu shot and a respiratory syncytial virus shot in one dose in 2023, to avoid “compliance issues.”

“We’re going to do this by preparing combinations, we’re working on the flu vaccine, we’re working on an RSV vaccine, and our goal is to be able to have a single annual booster so that we don’t have compliance issues, where people don’t want to get two to three shots a winter, but they get one dose, where they get a booster for corona, and a booster for flu and RSV, to make sure that people get their vaccine,” he said.

While Moderna, Pfizer and other vaccine manufacturers have started their clinical trials for COVID-19 shots that specifically target the omicron variant, many have questioned the move, as Big Pharma companies will always be one step behind the latest variant, and studies have so far failed to show any advantage of the new shots.

A study that tested an omicron-specific shot showed that an omicron-specific boost may not provide greater immunity or protection. Even among mice subjects that have not previously received COVID shots, the omicron-specific dose only produced high levels of antibodies against omicron and wasn’t effective against other variants. COVID analyst Marc Girardot noted that artificially inflated antibodies caused by repeated booster shots signal that a person is always infected, and the resulting immune response could prove to be detrimental to health, leading to a “death zone” that accelerates the development of autoimmune conditions.

Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccines contain nanotechnology to track people, scientists say

New Zealand scientists found that there is an undeclared nanotechnology in Pfizer’s Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines that assemble into microchip circuit boards – which can be used to track people – when exposed to heat over time.

The SGT Report channel on Brighteon.com shared a video of Hope and Tivon from Fix the World Project Morocco discussing the technology in the Pfizer vaccines. The video showed small, basic shapes of rectangles, squares and circles that are floating within the company’s vaccine samples, which were found to form more complex structures when put in a car and exposed to heat.

Ricardo Delgado of La Quita Columna previously mentioned that there’s graphene oxide in Pfizer’s shots, which is necessary to convert the frequencies to form self-assembling microchips. These microchips can perform different functions, such as controlling and tracking humans.

There are also images that show how the vaccine reacts when mixed with human blood. The white blood cells get annihilated and the red blood cells become heavily damaged.

What happens next is that vaccinated humans are emitting Bluetooth codes. There is a phenomenon going on called the “Bluetooth challenge” videos. Normally, Bluetooth devices have names on them, but what’s happening now is that when someone goes into a crowded room full of vaccinated people, there are anonymous Bluetooth addresses that show up. They’re anonymous addresses from vaccinated individuals who are emitting a signal.

A French research team confirmed this when they stopped random volunteers in a park. The team separated the groups into vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals and tested their gadgets. The team found that the vaccinated registered an unnamed MAC address.

To be clear, the MAC address is a machine dress code, all electronic hardware that makes them identifiable wirelessly. It’s a unique address to the device, so it’s just a hexadecimal number that identifies particular hardware, and each vaccinated person is disseminating a separate and unique code. “It’s in this vaccine. It’s emitting codes that you can’t by yourself. We’re getting towards that time. So with it, they’re already doing it. We’re seeing evidence that it’s already being done in human beings,” Hope said.

Hope and Tivon also talked about gene editing and DNA collection, which could be the other reasons why governments are rolling out vaccine programs.

Immortal organisms found in vaccines

Moreover, a polyp called the Hydra vulgaris, was found in the vaccine. These organisms are small, freshwater invertebrates that look like fleshy palm trees with swaying fronds of tentacles. They have stem cells that exist in a continuous state of renewal and may hold within their genomic code the key to biological immortality as these organisms renew themselves every 20 days.

In the vaccines, these organisms were genetically modified. Dormant eggs are also present in the vaccine, where they become active, grow and multiply when exposed to graphite tape or graphene. With heat, graphene oxide acts like Miracle-Gro. “But what these vaccine manufacturers are trying to do is make their own new species and change and edit our DNA,” Hope said.

EU, UK, US combined report 7 million COVID vaccine adverse events, over 42,000 registered deaths

Records show that there is now a combined 42,250 deaths and over 7 million adverse events from the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

These numbers represent only a small fraction of the vaccine victims as their families normally don’t want to go through the tedious process of reporting vaccine-related deaths and adverse effects to national health authorities.

Based on historical data, adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common but underreported, with less than 0.3 percent of all adverse events and one to 13 percent of serious events reported to the Food and Drug Administration. Likewise, less than one percent of vaccine adverse events are reported.

Assuming that 10 percent of deaths and adverse events are reported, the COVID-19 “vaccine” would have resulted in 450,000 deaths and 74 million adverse events for the E.U., the U.K. and the U.S., which have a combined population of approximately 830 million.

Even when doctors claim that the COVID-19 vaccine can cause more danger than the disease it’s supposed to prevent, governments and mainstream media are quick to silence their claims. But they can’t hide the fact the vaccines are experimental and rushed despite claims of them having gone through standard safety testing before being rolled out.

Killer virus or killer vaccine?

The first question that should be asked is: Do people need vaccines? There is no scientific proof that the vaccines can save lives and protect people from COVID-19.

The alleged “scientific justification” for vaccinations relies on three labels: that the SARS-CoV-2 is a killer virus, that there is a worldwide trend of COVID-19 infection and that people are dying from the said infection.

However, there are facts that refute such statements.

For instance, the cornerstone of the fear and media disinformation campaign regarding the virus is upheld by statements of politicians and national health authorities, but peer-reviewed studies from the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say the opposite: SARS-CoV-2 is not strong enough to be a killer.

The alleged trend of rising cases should be questioned as well. While estimates based on RT-PCR tests are tabulated worldwide by national health authorities, they have been questioned from the start and have been proven to be totally invalid later on.

Finally, there is the statement that people are dying as a result of the COVID-19 infection, and people have been told that there is a rising trend in COVID mortality. However, there is enough evidence that these deaths linked to COVID-19 have been manipulated: tests, autopsies and postmortems have not been conducted.

The “emergency use” clause that is used to justify the experimental and unapproved vaccine is also invalid as its reason for use relies mainly on erroneous estimates of the RT-PCR COVID positive cases and COVID-related mortality data. (Related: Vaccine dangers: The facts don’t lie.)

Hidden vaccine agenda

COVID-19 vaccines do not save lives. They are just tools in the money-making operation of Big Pharma.

By mid-July, there had been almost 20,000 COVID vaccine deaths in the European Union. In the U.S., the number of registered vaccine-related deaths reached 12,000 in the same timeframe.

From the total number of injuries recorded in the EU, half of them are considered serious. According to the latest figures from government sources, there had been a total of 38,488 COVID-19 injection-related deaths and over 6.3 million injuries reported as of August 1.

These are official statistics based on the process of registration of deaths and injuries, but the actual number of deaths and injuries triggered by the mRNA vaccines are much higher.

With these numbers, why are governments still pushing for people to get vaccinated? It is to push for vaccine passports, which will constitute their transition towards digital tyranny, and it is already beginning in many countries.

Swedish biohacker promotes use of microchips to record COVID-19 status

A Swedish biohacker and advocate for human augmentation is now promoting the use of microchips implanted under the skin to record Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) certificate status.

Hannes Sjöblad, co-founder of BioNyfiken, a Swedish association of biohackers, then showed Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet how to pull up a digital COVID certificate by simply placing his cell phone against his forearm.

“Get your COVID certificate in a chip in your hand or elsewhere under the skin. It is increasingly popular to insert a chip into the body with different types of information and now you can also insert your COVID certificate in the chip,” Sjöblad told the daily newspaper.

Sjöblad said microchips can save personal information, from contact information to bodily identifiers such as blood type and health indicators.

The news outlet also reported that Olle Helkimo, a service manager at Epicenter Stockholm, getting a chip implanted into his hand at a restaurant table. He said that the implantation felt like “nothing at all.”

Sjöblad has been promoting chip implants for years as a form of ID access to personal devices like phones and computers. He said back in 2016 that chip implants can also be used to sign payments, such as through Bitcoin. However, he admitted that microchip is an easy-to-hack technology.

According to digital cultures researcher Moa Petersen, there have been around 6,000 people in Sweden who have inserted chips in their hands.

Petersen said those with implants have already stopped carrying vaccine passports, keys, ID cards and even train tickets – thanks to the radio frequency identification technology, which is a wireless system comprising of tags and readers.

Proposal met with concern

“This means that human behavior can be trackable and controllable by the injector, and if that injector is a government or a corporation under the control of government,” he said.

“We are turning a corner where government will be able to wipe out a whole class of people based on their origin or opposition to policy.”

Christian commentators also noted that such technology could usher in totalitarianism of biblical proportions.

Meanwhile, the vaccine passports will be required in Sweden for access to theaters, concerts and other larger indoor events beginning December 1.

Requiring digital green certificates or vaccine passports and possible future chip implants for traveling and taking part in everyday life will create two classes of citizens based on their vaccination status.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chips can be ubiquitous in computing ambient intelligence. These chips contain electronically stored information that use wireless electromagnetic fields to transfer data.

With the help of these RFID tags, data up to several hundred characters can be communicated wirelessly, with the basic goal of automatically identifying and tracking tags attached to objects.

However, the process of human implants became controversial due to ethical issues.

Social scientists are just beginning to comprehend the attitude of people to the implanted RFIDs. In a study at the Bridgewater State University, 141 students were interviewed on their opinions about RFID implantation.

Respondents were questioned whether they would willfully have an implant as a rescue device to avert identity theft, for national security reasons or to ensure the safety of themselves and their families.

About a third of respondents were ready to be installed, while less than half of them were not. The study subjects were least comfortable with chipping as a remedy for identity theft. The reasons that had the most support for chipping was to save their lives and for the safety of their family.

Another small survey showed that 18 out of 23 people questioned opposed to the concept of implantable chips as their identifiers.

You can now be vaccinated based on your social scores gathered by newly patented digital surveillance technology

The United States Patent and Trademark Office recently approved a technology that aims to surveil people via their digital activity and give them scores that define their “potential level of superspreading activity.” Vaccination will then depend on the scores gathered using the technology.

The patent put forward by attorneys Gal Ehrlich and Maier Fenster of Ehrlich & Fenster proposes collecting a wide range of personal information from different sources, such as mobile devices, apps, social media, web browsing records, payment records, medical records, employment records, the government and other surveillance cameras.

It will also collect highly specific personal information from these sources, including precise location data, length of time spent at locations being visited, ventilation rates of these places, images of people looking at the screen of their mobile phones, sounds from microphones in personal devices and facial recognition data.

The patent also proposes numerous political surveillance applications, which include detecting when people are using public transport by using geolocation and/or start-stop movements that match public transportation profiles. It will monitor when people are washing their hands by analyzing sounds of water running or by smartwatch movement. It will also check whether people are wearing a mask by analyzing images taken out during calls or by looking at the screen of the cellphone.

Upon gathering data, the technology that was outlined in the patent will analyze data and assign scores to electronic devices. This score will predict the potential level of superspreading activities of individuals and will then recommend vaccinations according to scores.

Not only does the patent suggest mass electronic surveillance to create a social credit style score that determines whether or not they should be vaccinated, it also proposes that the technology be deployed as part of a “dedicated mandatory app” where the government monitor citizens to install the application on their smartphones to help the government with the logistics of the vaccination process. The patent also adds that “in some embodiments” of the system, the app or the smart device is configured to inform about the user’s location at all times and to communicate with adjacent smart devices to assess interactions between users, their vicinity or movement.

In determining the individual’s score, the patent suggests that a person’s profession, medical data, nature and type of locations they visit, their frequently visited locations and the length of time they spend at these locations should be used as part of the calculation. People who frequently attend religious or secular events, for instance, can receive a higher score for their involvement in contact events than those who do not engage in such activities.

The patent was approved last August 31 and follows governments around the globe in implementing far-reaching surveillance measures amidst the coronavirus pandemic, such as vaccine passports that aim to exclude people from economic and social activities.

Is real-time surveillance ethical?

To make surveillance ethical, its reason to exist should be reasonable, with publicly accessible records and accountability for those approving and performing the tasks in question.

Many tools, devices and apps have already been put in use to support pandemic surveillance. China, South Korea and Malaysia, for instance, developed some of these platforms early in the pandemic. It showed enhancements in digital technology, mobile phone networks and potential in telehealth systems that could help reshape what healthcare looks like.

In the United Kingdom, the government portal cover the latest daily statistics around known cases, hospitalizations and deaths, while South Korea used mobile phone technology to develop apps that support testing programs. A Ghanaian software company was also able to adapt one of its data platforms to help report and track COVID symptoms across the country.

Data platform Opine was also built to gather information about diseases from diverse sources to provide real-time insights. The aim was to ensure that everyone in the country could participate in disease surveillance, and technology was adapted to ensure it could be used in place despite low internet connectivity. 

What is interesting about government surveillance in the U.S. is that it is not held in the same standard of accountability as the Constitution, which protects American citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures. Electronic surveillance could be considered more invasive than a physical search, yet it has been made clear that it is in fact easier for the government to perform them.
